2020 NAIBA Board of Directors Voting Form

In accordance with our bylaws, voting members (independent brick & mortar businesses in the New Atlantic Region actively engaged in the retail sale of books) are entitled to one vote in the NAIBA election process. The nominating committee, (chaired by Todd Dickinson, Aaron’s Books, with Karen Torres, Hachette Book Group) has proposed the following board members to take office effective September 24, 2020 at the NAIBA Annual Meeting. Space is provided if you wish to nominate an alternate slate. The results of the election will be announced at the Annual Meeting at the NAIBA Fall Conference, Thursday, September 24, 11:30 am.
