This anonymous survey is an important part of the United Way's Assessment of Human Service Needs for Greenwich. Survey results will be combined with information gathered through research, focus groups and a statistical analysis of the community in order to help identify the human service issues most in need of our community's attention. Past United Way Assessments have led to the successful development of some of our community's most important programs and services.
The survey is a simple process in which we ask you to prioritize human service needs in the community and to provide your perception about how Greenwich addresses those needs. You do not need to be an expert in order to answer these questions; your opinion as a resident and/or service provider is valuable.

The survey asks you to identify what you think is the most important issue in Town. You may answer questions in that area only or complete other sections as well. We then ask you to answer a few questions about general community issues and provide us with some basic information about you.
While completing the survey, you will have the ability to move from page to page and even return to earlier sections to review or change responses. Once you finish, submit or exit the survey, you will no longer have access to it.
