EUPATI Patient Expert Training Programme 2024 Application Form

To further enhance the capacity of EFA members, EFA is sponsoring Member participation in a training organised by The European Patients’ Academy on Therapeutic Innovation (EUPATI), which aims to empower patients and advocates in EFA disease areas to engage in the many processes of medicines research and development (R&D).

Take advantage of your chance to participate in this training and be the next EUPATI Fellow, submit your application by Wednesday the 31st of July 2024 .

7.Are you willing and able to complete the training (300 hours over approx. 15 months)?(Required.)
8.Are you willing and able to travel for two online and in-person trainings (March-April and October 2025) provided that EFA covers all related expenses? (Required.)
9.Are you willing to include EFA in any official communication and news you share to EUPATI, especially ones that might impact the completion of the programme?(Required.)
10.Enter your Motivation Letter (500-700 words), which demonstrates:
  • History of patient activity or motivation for future involvement in projects, consultations, etc.
  • Strong willingness to complete the training programme
  • Identified or potential opportunities to apply training in Member or EFA activities
