2018-2019 Cira Award Student Scholarship
Application Process

The Cira Award Student Scholarship Program, sponsored by Brandywine Realty Trust, is designed to engage students in the thriving land use industry in Philadelphia. For one year, beginning in November 2018, winners will attend ULI Philadelphia events, receive exclusive mentorship from a Brandywine Executive, participate on the Young Leaders Council, and network with ULI members to enhance their educational endeavors and learn more about the real estate industry.

Two exemplary students will be offered this award. Winners will be selected by Brandywine Realty Trust leadership.

Student Opportunities: 
  • A full year of ULI membership
  • Exclusive mentorship with a Brandywine Executive
  • Eligibility for 6 complimentary event registrations during your membership period
  • Access to the ULI Philadelphia community of developers, architects, bankers, brokers, construction managers, planners, public officials and thought leaders
  • Involvement in the ULI Philadelphia’s Young Leaders Council 
  • Access to ULI’s global network of research, publications, case studies, and webinars

Student Requirements:
  • Attend a welcome lunch as well as two meetings with a Brandywine Executive over the course of the year
  • Attend six (6) ULI events over the course of the year
  • Contribute two articles (of 100 words or more) to the ULI Philadelphia blog on the Philadelphia.uli.org website

To Apply: Eligible applications will be current undergraduate or graduate students enrolled in the real estate, construction management, architecture, planning, finance, business or other fields related to real estate and land use. All applicants must complete the application and attach a copy of their resume. 

Completed applications should be submitted electronically no later than October 19, 2018.
