Migrant Information Day 2025 - Stall holder Expression of Interest |
MID Stall Holder Expression of Interest 2025
Migrant Information Day (MID) is an annual event that has been running for over twenty years with contributions and support from local non-for-profit, community and government organisations. This year's event will be held on Wednesday 5 November 2025 at Marana Auditorium from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
The aim of the event is to welcome new arrivals to the St George region, provide information about services available to them and celebrate the rich and vibrant diversity of the local area, via cultural performances and activities. Previous MID events have seen around 500 hundred people attended to find out about the wide variety of community and government support available locally, from over 40 stall-holders.
Expressions of Interest are invited from service providers to hold information stalls on the day.
To hold an information stall:
Standard registration costs are $90.00 (GST excluded) for shared stalls and $150.00 for whole stalls (GST excluded). Stall registration fees are tax deductible. Sponsors of the event will have their stall fees waived.
Shared stalls will be allocated a table space measuring 1.06m wide, with one allocated chair. Although you may bring more than one staff along to the event, only one staff at a time will be allowed to be behind the stall for WHS reasons.
Whole stalls will be on tables measuring 2.13m wide, with two allocated chairs. You may bring more than two staff along to the event, but only two staff at a time will be allowed to be behind the stall for WHS reasons.
As a stall-holder, you will be able to display your organisation’s promotional material in your allocated space. We encourage stall-holders to present their information in an interactive or visual way, to engage attendees.
