Greenhill 40th Class Reunion - OCTOBER 8-9-10

Hello classmates!  We will have several get-togethers during the weekend and we're hoping to see you at one or more event! For those who are out of town or can't make it, we'll also have some virtual options.  Please read about ALL FIVE events and choose the one(s) you can attend. We'll be communicating through e-mail moving forward, but happy to post updates and photos to our Facebook Page (Greenhill Class of 1981) as well. We're excited that classmates who left in lower, middle and upper school, who did not graduate with us, are interested in coming! It should be fun and we're excited to see you!

P.S. For the health and safety of everyone, if you have not been vaccinated against covid, please attend virtually.
1.FRIDAY NIGHT, OCTOBER 8: 6:30 p.m. until ????? Friday night happy hour/dinner/drinks on the outdoor patio at Addison Ice House. 3875 Ponte Ave #250.  Near Marsh and Spring Valley. We'll grab some tables and chairs outside for a VERY casual gathering. Everyone is on their own for food and drinks. Swing by for a few minutes or a few hours....(Required.)
2.SATURDAY MORNING, OCTOBER 9: Take a tour of Greenhill with Katie Young. Join us at the circle drive on the SOUTH side of campus off of the Spring Valley entrance. Katie will take us through the buildings still there (library, cafeteria, black box theater, Levy Middle School (now fine arts), plus all of the NEW buildings including lower/middle/upper and the fantastic Fine Arts performance hall. Perhaps some of our teachers will join us! Masks required. We hope to add a video component to the tour. 10:00 a.m. start.(Required.)
3.SATURDAY LUNCH/TAILGATE:  After the tour, stay for a picnic lunch on campus OR drive casual restaurant nearby. For you Texas-OU fans, the game starts at 11:00 a.m. Details will be decided a couple days before when we get an idea of the count.(Required.)
4.SATURDAY NIGHT - THE BIG EVENT!  Outdoor dinner party at the home of Pam Beck (and Stephen) Pluss. 11524 E. Ricks Circle, near Hillcrest and Northaven.  6:30 p.m. Bring any school paraphernalia you'd like to share with classmates. We will also schedule a time to have a Zoom call during the evening so those who can't attend can say hello to those who are there. It will be fun to walk down memory lane. (Required.)
5.SUNDAY BRUNCH - for those of you who can't make the Friday or Saturday festivities, we'll have one more casual opportunity to get together on an outdoor patio TBD. Once we get a idea of how many can attend, we will send out details with location and time. Sorry for being so vague.....but several classmates have said they would be driving back to Dallas on Sunday, so perhaps we can see them.....(Required.)
