The October 9, 2014, meeting of the King County Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Resolution Section will feature a program on how experienced mediators find ways to stay engaged in the practice of mediation, and to improve their skills. Please help kick start this conversation by completing this survey. We all have our own strategies on how to get through tough cases or how to add to our toolboxes. What are yours?

The questions are open ended, but please don't feel like you must write long responses. Also, if you don't have an answer for a question, feel free to skip it.

Please pass along this survey to fellow mediators. Whether or not you plan on attended the October meeting, we'd love to hear how everyone finds ways stay on top of their game.
