Interview of Unrepresented Parties

This survey was prepared by a volunteer group that is studying the estate administration process within the Probate Division of the D.C. Superior Court. We are trying to figure out whether some changes could make the process easier for people without lawyers.

Answers to this survey can be submitted anonymously or you can share your contact information to allow us to reach out for more details on your experience. Your answers will be combined with other people’s answers, so there will be no way to identify you if you don't provide your name and contact information. The results will only be shared as part of a report that will be provided to the court and the DC Council.  You can skip any questions you don’t want to answer.
