1.Fundraising: Shrimpfest is our Club's largest fundraising event of the year. Because our Foundation is fiscally sound, we do not require the same level of fundraising this year to maintain our philanthropic goals.

8.Community Awareness: Shrimpfest is also the biggest annual event we have for reaching out to the Lenexa Community. Many of the other yearly events have also been cancelled due to the Pandemic.

The following events would not necessarily raise funds, but they can raise Community Awareness for our Club (assuming we can make it safe)

A Shrimp-themed event on the date of Shrimpfest (think 5k in shrimp costumes)

10.Club Involvement: Shrimpfest was originally just a social gathering for Club members. It has since grown to be our biggest event of the year, one which requires participation from every member to be a success. Which of the following best reflects your feeling about our Club Involvement

We have to hold off on everything but virtual meetings until the pandemic ends

Club involvement is fine at its present levels

Club involvement is down now, but will bounce back as soon as it is safe for in-person meetings and events

We should have a big dinner or Club event as soon as pandemic restrictions can be safely lifted

We need to focus on more in-person volunteering as soon as it is safe
