How are we doing?

Last month (March 22, 2018), we made an announcement outlining enhancements we’ve implemented to improve services at WootHosting.

Internally, we see faster response times, higher quality support resolutions, happier feedback from clients. Additionally, we’ve made a huge host of server optimizations to shared, reseller, master reseller, OpenVZ, and KVM nodes -- speeding things up for everyone.

Now that we’re a few weeks into these new changes, we would like to request your feedback in this very brief survey -- let us know how we’re doing.

If you still notice any area of potential improvement, we’d like to know about it so we can implement those suggestions right away. With increased staffing and streamlining, your feedback is going to get personally addressed and implemented -- it will not fall upon deaf ears.

Maybe you’ve given us feedback in the past -- we can’t overemphasize how grateful we are -- these improvements we’ve implemented have been related to your feedback. Maybe you’ve never given us feedback before -- we care about you -- give us a chance to know you and what you care about.
