Thank you for taking part in the National Economics Challenge and congratulations on being a state winner!
In order to advance to the Semi Finals, you must complete this Team Coach Registration Form. Additionally, each student on your team must complete a Student Registration Form. All forms must be submitted within 5 days of your State Competition. Teams that do not complete the registration forms will not be eligible to participate, and will be disqualified.
The National Semi-Finals is a proctored exam, administered at the state champions' schools/organizations on Tuesday, April 24, 2018. You must work with your school's Principal to identify a Proctor. The proctor can be any school administrator (except for yourself).
This year, the top eight highest scoring semi-finalist David Ricardo and Adam Smith teams will be invited to advance to the National Economics ChallengeSM Finals. CEE will pay for the teams’ lodging, food, and event expenses while in NYC the weekend of May 19-21, 2018, plus up to 50% of travel or the cap amount US by region, whichever is less. Once travel is booked by State Councils, Teachers ( School) and or parents, receipts and invoices can be submitted to CEE for reimbursement.
Remember that you are responsible for signing and checking off the division in which each of your students will compete on his/her registration form.
