2026 NC BLOC's Membership Form

This is our membership application which is broken into about 7 Sections. The questions will help us assess values alignment, organizing work, desired level of involvement, current or past connections to NC BLOC, membership dues and more. It also gives us an idea of what kind of offerings would make sense to extend to members. We ask folks to be as detailed and honest as possible based on where you or your formation is currently.

The information you offer to us is held in confidence and utilized for the sole purpose of building power within and across our communities. We strive and are committed to keeping Black folks safe. For us, this includes engaging in data security measures that are in alignment with our organizational values and principles. Your information is not shared with third parties or used for any other purpose than the building of stronger, connected, and deeply organized networks.
