* 2. We are considering two different dates for our trip, do you have a preference for one or the other?

Wednesday, October 17, 2018 - Sunday, October 21, 2018 (There is no school on Friday October 19 so students would be missing only 2 days of school).

Thursday, January 17, 2019 - Thursday, January, 24 2019 (No school on Monday the 21st for Martin Luther King Jr. day, will be missing 4-5 school days depending on flight departure time on the 17th)

* 3. We are considering two different locations for our trip, please note cost difference and dates when determining your preference.

Minneapolis, Minnesota approx $850 per person - Wednesday, October 17, 2018 - Sunday, October 21, 2018 - Possible activities include: Canoe Trip on the Mississippi, Side by Side rehearsal/performance with the Minneapolis Symphony, Collaboration performance with a local High School, attending a performance at the Guthrie Theater, trip to the Mall of America, Minneapolis Institute of Art.

Los Angeles, California approx $1500-$1600 per person - Thursday, January 17, 2019 - Thursday, January, 24 2019 Possible activities include: visit and performance at Universal Studios and/or Disney, attending a performance of the LA Philharmonic, visit the San Diego Zoo.

BOTH of these locations, dates, and costs would work well for our family

Our family will not rely on fundraising to pay for this trip.

Any amount raised will be helpful, but not critical to my ability to attend.
