Accessible Transportation Survey

The Council of Canadians with Disabilities (CCD) and the community are collecting information about travel experiences for people with disabilities across all stages of a journey, from booking to arrival. Your responses will help identify barriers, highlight what works well, and inform improvements in transportation accessibility.

This survey focuses on federally regulated transportation, including:
- Airlines
- Interprovincial trains
- Interprovincial buses
- Ferries

Local transportation is only included when asking how you get to or from a terminal.

This is Phase 1 of a larger project. Based on responses, we may follow up with more detailed surveys.

- This survey takes 5–8 minutes
- You may skip any questions
- Your responses are anonymous
