The Town of Winterville and NCDOT Integrated Mobility Division are developing the Winterville Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan, which will guide leadership and staff on how and where to improve walking and biking throughout the Town of Winterville. The plan will assess existing transportation conditions, catalog gaps in the bicycle and pedestrian network, and develop recommendations to improve safety, connectivity, and accessibility.
