Description: Awarded to an individual who has made substantial contributions to advancing DEI and health disparities in the field of orthopaedic trauma through participation and excellence in research and education, and outstanding leadership and mentorship.

Criteria:
(a) OTA member in any category.
(b) Original published or presented work demonstrating exceptional dedication to the advancement of DEI and health disparities in orthopaedic trauma and/or

(c) Demonstrated leadership or mentorship in advancing DEI and Health Disparities in orthopaedic trauma.
