Experience LINX is a program designed for excluded leaders who have more than five years of experience as an operational people leader. Candidates should be a values-based leader who facilitates the implementation of change and guides others to work towards a shared vision of the future. They should also have a deep commitment to helping others do their best and are truly engaged in their work and with their staff, and inspire excellence as a role model.
