* 7. The 2019 JSC Apollo Mix, Mingle & Memorabilia Event will take place in the Gilruth Center Destiny Ballroom on July 18th from 4:30 to 6:30 pm. 
 
Spaces will include up to two (2) 6’ tables and two chairs. Please indicate if  two tables are needed.

Electricity is available but limited. Please indicate if electricity is needed. There is no guarantee that electricity will be available. 

Set up may begin at 4 pm and should be completed by 4:30 pm.

All items must be completely removed by 7:00 pm on the day of the event. 
 
You are responsible for set up and removal of your exhibit.
 
You or a representative are responsible to staying with your exhibit throughout the event. NO SECURITY WILL BE PROVIDED.

Sign up is limited to the first 30 applications.
