Registration Questionnaire

Thank you for your interest in the Community Grant Program!  Please complete the questions below and submit this form on or before 12 p.m. Thursday, April 18, 2019. Your questionnaire will be reviewed and you will be contacted about your participation in the upcoming workshop.

This workshop is provided for members of nonprofit organizations, institutions, and ad hoc groups (i.e. a group that assembles for a specific project) who wish to apply for a Community Grant from Humanities Guåhan. Awardees of this grant must present a public humanities program or project in the Guam community.

The Community Grant workshop will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and is a requirement for first-time applicants.
