1. INSTRUCTIONS
Please make sure you complete each survey in FULL. It is very important to complete Question 1 to identify yourself, in order to track completed evaluations.
***NOTE***
Each instructor necessitates a separate evaluation; these evaluations are not broken down simply by course. I.E. The Intersubjectivity seminars run from May 3 - June 7, but there are 3 instructors teaching this series, therefore 3 evaluations are required (one per instructor) even though all are teaching "Intersubjectivity".
