Poster Competition: Throughout the day on Friday, September 27th.
*Posters will be set-up for you by the TDS Office that morning.

Application deadline for a poster is Friday, August 23rd. Deadline for the abstract & poster PDF is Friday, August 30th.
 
This application is ONLY for the first author of the abstract. Those that are second, third authors do not need to submit an application. All communication & submissions are to be done by the FIRST AUTHOR ONLY.

Poster Competition: The poster presentations should present scientific information utilizing narrative material, photographs, charts, diagrams, etc. Prizes will be awarded for 1st ($500), 2nd ($300), & 3rd place ($200), as well as certificates.

***IMPORTANT  - PLEASE READ!***
The TDS Office will be printing all posters just like the Spring meeting, Do not print your poster. When you register for the conference you must pay the $20 poster printing fee.

For printing purposes, you must send a high-resolution PDF (36" x 24") to alyssa.martinez@texmed.org no later than August 30th.
