The webinar features HR expert Daria Kreher, whose RI based consulting business, Power to Change, is steeped in more than 35 years of experience in all areas of HR including performance management, talent development, succession planning, policy development, compensation strategy, benefit management, employment processes and organizational design. Her interest in helping coalitions is grounded in the decades of volunteer work she has done, as a hotline volunteer, safe home provider, and board member for social justice organizations.
