Welcome!

At the Canadian Mental Health Association of Newfoundland and Labrador, we are in the midst of planning and creating a Recovery College. This is a model of mental health support that is widely used across Canada and other countries - and this is the first of its kind in our province!

A Recovery College is a place of learning and support, where everyone is invited to learn about mental health and wellbeing - your own, that of your loved ones, that of your community.

We invite you to complete this survey, and to help us pinpoint what it is that Newfoundlanders and Labradorians need at this time, when it comes to our wellness and mental health.

One of the most important parts of a Recovery College is that it is created in collaboration with the community. We don't assume to know what you need, and we really appreciate you letting us know!

After all that we've been through over these past few years, we'd love to know - how are you? How have you been? What are you currently experiencing or struggling with? What sorts of things are you wanting to learn to support your own or your loved one's mental health and wellbeing? What sorts of needs do you see in the community around you?

We'd like to know all this and more, so we can create workshops and courses to respond to your needs. We are so grateful for your support, and we look forward to introducing this new program to you very soon.

From the Canadian Mental Health Association - NL, we thank you!

If you have any questions or comments about this survey, or the program itself, please reach out to the Recovery College coordinator, Deidre Keating, at dkeating@cmhanl.ca.
