* 5. Directors are required to attend monthly board meetings which usually take place the 3rd Thursday of each month and start at 5:00 PM (duration of the meeting is approximately two hours). Directors are also required to attend an annual planning session (held in Sept or Oct, for one or two days). Additionally Directors may also be assigned to various committees which require up to one hour per meeting and participate in training seminars.
