**ENTRY** The BACK DOOR will be open for you 1 hour prior to your event time starting to set-up. You are welcome to bring food and decor. Use the RED KEY TOOL located on the bar at the front of the venue to unlock the front door**
**MUSIC** A music playlist can be created and sent to 470-261-0158 prior to your event. Otherwise, a generic music playlist will be available.
**LOCK UP**At the end of your event, you will have 30 minutes to remove personal items and food from the venue. Please use the RED KEY TOOL to lock the front and back door at the end of this timeframe. Turn out the lights at the front and back of venue.
Yummys team is not responsible or possess the necessary equipment or training to handle client food. We recommend bringing your own “to-go” containers for guests to take away leftover food, making your evening much smoother.

Booking Disclaimers:
**Reservation:** By completing this form and submitting $230, your reservation is officially confirmed and paid in full for up to 22 TOTAL guests.
**Staging:** Yummys Venue will be fully staged with furnishings and ready for your guests to enjoy!
**Alcohol:**Yummys provides a Drink Specialist, along with a drink menu for you and your guests. This is the only way alcohol will be distributed at the venue.
**Cancellation:** A $50 credit will be issued if cancellation happens within 7 or MORE days of reservation. If canceled with less than 7 days prior to reservation, no credit/refund will be issued.
**Vendors:** All vendors must possess the necessary insurance. The vendors you select are responsible for their own set-up, breakdown, and cleanup of the venue. Please allocate sufficient time for breakdown and cleanup to ensure compliance with the contracted timelines. Catering must handle food set-up and clean-up as Yummys team is not responsible or possess the necessary equipment or training to do so. We recommend bringing your own “to-go” containers for guests to take away leftover food, making your evening much smoother.
**Liability:** Client assumes any and all responsibility for food and non-alcoholic drinks being served at event to guests. Yummys Venue, LLC is not liable to any degree. Yummys is not responsible for the safety and liability of help or subcontractors, paid or unpaid, assisting with event. Yummys Venue does not accept any responsibility for damage to or loss of any articles or property left at Yummys Venue prior to, during, or after the event. The Clients agrees to be responsible for any damage done to the Yummys Venue by the Clients, their guests, invitees, site vendors, or other agents under the Clients’ guidance.
**Photography:** The many settings around Yummys Venue were maintained and developed for the enjoyment of all events. We reserve the right for each Client the opportunity to use any area for wedding/reception photograph sessions. We also reserve the right to use any photographs or other media reproductions of an event/wedding in our publicity and advertising materials, including but not limited to website or social media use. We recommend photographers bringing “flash” or additional lighting to accommodate the sultry and romantic lighting at the venue.
