I am reaching out to you to collect feedback on the proposed quarry activity in our neighborhood. Many in the community are unaware. The public hearing, held on Monday, July 13, 2026, was poorly advertised and located in Clayton, MO.

The following survey should take
5-10 minutes to complete, and needs to be completed by
Saturday, July 25, 2026. This survey seeks to capture the following information:
- If you live, work, visit, worship, own business, or gather in Lemay or nearby the quarry site.
- If you were notified of the public hearing and are aware of the proposed permit to fill the quarry with construction waste.
- What concerns you may have.
- What feelings you have. (Important to simply illustrate our reactions to the report recipients)
- Any other thoughts or concerns you have about the proposed activity.
- Your name and address - Optional. You can remain anonymous and this will only be shared with the Planning Department to prove impact.
Your response is needed by
SATURDAY JULY 25, 2026 - to ensure time to compile results and prepare the report for the public record.
