Funded by NHS England and the West of England healthcare organisations, the West of England Academic Health Science Network brings together our health service community, industry, higher education, research bodies, patients and the wider public to work in partnership and take patient care and experience to new levels.

As part of this, we are looking to establish our levels of improvement expertise within health, social services and care staff for the West of England, enabling us to share learning and expertise. We will be developing our work alongside 'Q', an initiative led by the Health Foundation, which is supported and co-funded by NHS England and designed to connect people skilled in improvement across the UK.

If you are interested, experienced or trained in Safety or Quality Improvement work then we would like to invite you to complete this short survey, which should take between 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

The answers you give will help us identify the skills and expertise in our region, and allow us to tailor our approach so it best meets your needs. This survey is being managed by the West Of England Academic Health Science Network and the Health Foundation.

Please note:

By completing this survey you give consent for your name, contact details and information about the improvement work you are involved in to be shared with the Health Foundation and the West of England Academic Health Science Network for the purposes of understanding and supporting regional improvement activity and networks and to receive information about being a future participant of Q.
