Thank you in advance for completing this survey as part of QMUNITY's strategic planning process. This survey is for valued members of the Q community, including volunteers, donors, partners, and general community members.
You will not be asked to provide your name with your survey responses. Your input through the survey will be used to clarify current strengths, challenges, and opportunities and identify diverse perspectives on current and future organizational priorities. Raw survey data will only be seen by the consultant supporting the strategic planning process. The consultant will summarize responses in a Discovery Report that will be helpful during facilitated planning discussions.
