ERSB Strategic Plan Outreach Survey

The Eastern Regional Service Board was established under the legislative authority of the Regional Service Board Act in 2012. The Board delivers regional municipal services as directed by the Eastern Regional Service Board Regulations. In 2009, the Eastern Waste Management was given a mandate to implement the Provincial Waste Management Strategy throughout communities in the Eastern Region of Newfoundland and Labrador.
 
 
As the municipal sector in Newfoundland and Labrador changes, the ERSB is in an exceptional position to work with communities to streamline the provision of municipal services to residents. The ERSB is looking to the future to determine if communities are interested in partnering with the Board to expand the services currently offered. The Board will use this information to make strategic decisions about how best to serve communities in the Eastern Region.
 
 
This purpose of this survey is to assess the awareness of the ERSB, to determine what communities feel the Board is doing well, to identify areas of improvement, and determine what services communities would avail of if offered.
