Design LAB 2027: Classroom Interest Form

Thank you for your interest! This information should be filled out about the educator who is interested in implementing the Design LAB program within their classroom. A member of Design LAB will contact you about next steps by the end of October 2026.

This will be the main contact for the classroom and will be contacted primarily by email. If the contact person for the classroom changes, please notify Christen Lubbers, Executive Director, at clubbers@architecturecincy.org or Caryn Hawkins, Education Manager, at chawkins@architecturecincy.org

By submitting this information, you are committing to have each class you sign up participate in the entirety of this program (meaning: your students will create a model that will be on display at the exhibit). If this commitment is not fulfilled and you fail to communicate with the Executive Director about why it was not fulfilled, your participation in the program will be suspended.
