The scholarship will recognize a graduating senior from a rurally located high school student who is committed to pursing a career in special education, social services and/or working with individuals with physical or learning disabilities.
The applicant must be enrolled (prior to funds being disbursed) in a two- or four-year degree program at a college, university, vocational or technical school.
