A bit of background on this survey...

Canon Medical Systems is a leading manufacturer of Medical Imaging Equipment worldwide. Our company is creating a series of Educational Programs that are focused on the many facets of specific pathologies, including Prostate Cancer.

We understand that our patients are more than just their disease, and more than just their time spent in the Imaging Department. As such, we want to educate our employees and customers not only on how a pathology impacts Medical Imaging, but also how it affects the lives of our patients, their loved-ones, and society as a whole. The goal is to advocate for a more holistic and sympathetic approach to the care cycle and, ultimately, to create more effective caregivers.

As such, we are looking for you to provide your insights and advice. What do we, as Medical Providers, do well?  Where have we failed you in the past? What do you wish we knew about our patients that they are unable to tell us themselves?
