Introduction

River Bend Transit, the regional transit provider for Scott, Muscatine, Clinton, and Cedar Counties, currently provides inexpensive weekly round trip transportation to Iowa City on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The purpose of this survey: Funding opportunities may be pursued to expand this service should the need exist. This survey will help River Bend Transit assess the need for additional transportation services from the Quad Cities area to Iowa City medical facilities.

Nature of information requested: Current need, i.e. "how many" (number of potential users) and "when" (estimated days/times of highest demand) are the questions for which your input is needed. Please help us to help you and the clients you serve by taking a few moments to answer the following five questions as accurately as you are able.
