Hello, and thank you for your interest in Pathways to Executive Leadership (Pathways)!
The Pathways program is a five-month hybrid course with 5 sessions; two in-person, hosted in conjunction with ACEC's fall and spring conferences, and three virtual sessions. The program focuses on introducing personal mastery, developing client relationships, financial management and the role of the CEO. Pathways is ideal for mid-career professionals, who have been in the industry for 10-15 years and are starting to run full teams and sometimes small offices.
If you or a member of your firm is interested in signing up for the program, please fill out the fields below:
- The Firm Contact will be notified when registration has opened.
- The Firm Contact and the Class Participant can be the same.
- You can leave the Class Participant information blank if you don't yet know who you want to join Pathways
Please note, there is currently a 1–2-year waitlist to participate in this program. Each November, we will reach out with further instructions if we are able to offer you a spot in the coming year’s class.
