Thank you for your interest in learning more about Columbia Borough's 2040 Comprehensive Plan! A comprehensive plan is a policy document that helps the Borough make decisions with regards to land use, housing, transportation, recreation, and other services, over a period of ten (10) to twenty (20) years.
The Borough is in the early stages of the 12 to 18 month long process of developing the plan. A successful comprehensive plan relies on lots and lots of information from the community. By signing up to receive email updates the Borough can better keep you informed as to the progress of the plan, survey and information gathering opportunities, meeting schedules, and volunteer opportunities.
