Public engagement is critical if we are to provide residents with the services they need and want.  In January 2017, with Council’s approval, Middlesex Centre made the change from bi-monthly water, wastewater and stormwater billing to monthly billing. Monthly billing has now been active for six months. To ensure residents are satisfied with this change, we are requesting your feedback on the billing frequency.
