You are invited to participate in a research study conducted by Andrew Roberts, an undergraduate student at the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University, and Steven Jellá MA, MFT, PsyD. (PSY # 23916: MFC # 44808), faculty sponsor for the project. The following survey explores the needs of master’s level MFT students and their career goals. As a participant, you will fall into one of three groups: first year students or those with no practice in the field, second year students with active internships or practice, or graduated MFTs working in the field for approximately one year.

The survey should take approximately 35-40 minutes. Your responses will be confidential. No response will be linked to an individual respondent. There will be no compensation for the participants involved in this study and you have the freedom to withdraw from the project at any time without being penalized in any capacity. This research is not financially sponsored by Alliant International University or San Diego Youth Services, and your responses will not affect the outcomes of your courses or employment. We encourage you towards honest, constructive reflection to allow us the greatest insight possible. Submission of the survey is evidence of your voluntary willingness to participate.
