Every year we ask you your views on rents for the coming year (starting 1 April 2024). It’s really important that you let us know what you think, particularly given the ongoing cost-of-living crisis. We consider everyone’s opinion before our board makes the final decision, and last year your feedback allowed us to deliver the lowest rent increase in Scotland. However over the past couple of years our costs have been going up just like everyone else’s and this year we need to raise rents by slightly more than recently so it’s more important than ever that you let us know your priorities.
