Thank you for your interest in participating as a session sponsor at one or more of the 2026 Spring MGMA Focus Conferences.

Please review this document for important information on the submission, review and approval process. Please submit your session proposal through this form by October 3, 2025. Selected speakers and proposals will be contacted by the end of January 2026. Those selected through the call will have a sponsorship fee of $4,000- $9,500.

In the past 24 months, have you or an immediate family member had a financial relationship with an ineligible organization whose primary business is producing, marketing, selling, re-selling, or distributing healthcare products used by or on patients? If selecting you do have potential conflicts, you will be contacted for follow up clarification.
