2026 MGMA Focus Events Call for Experts - Sponsored Sessions

Thank you for your interest in participating as a session sponsor at one or more of the 2026 Spring MGMA Focus Conferences.

Please review this document for important information on the submission, review and approval process. Please submit your session proposal through this form by October 3, 2025. Selected speakers and proposals will be contacted by the end of January 2026. Those selected through the call will have a sponsorship fee of $4,000- $9,500.

1.At which MGMA Focus conference(s) are you interested in presenting (select all that apply)? If your topic and session proposal aligns with multiple conferences click those that apply or submit a different topic and session proposal for each conference of interest.(Required.)
2.Title of your presentation (up to 15 words). If you have multiple sessions to propose please submit each of your session proposals through a new survey.(Required.)

5.As a 60-minute session, attendees are eligible to receive 1 CME credit for attending your session. You must select one of the following answers to this question on behalf or your speaker(s) for financial disclosure. In the past 24 months, have you or an immediate family member had a financial relationship with an ineligible organization whose primary business is producing, marketing, selling, re-selling, or distributing healthcare products used by or on patients? If selecting you do have potential conflicts, you will be contacted for follow up clarification.(Required.)
