OHUG & OATUG Joint Survey - The Future of Work

Gartner’s most recent  publication  “9 Future of Work Trends” revealed workforce trends that business leaders must address to remain an employer of choice in 2023 and beyond. A volunteer team of OHUG and OATUG leaders are conducting a survey of member organizations to find how they are responding to these current workplace trends. We plan to share the results of the survey during the Ascend 2023 conference in a session titled “Ten Trends that are Shaping Work in 2023 and Beyond: How OATUG & OHUG Member Organizations are Responding to Them”. We hope our survey findings will provide insights on which workplace initiatives will help our member companies thrive. All survey findings will be aggregated, and survey results will be anonymous. Your comments may be used to illustrate examples of how organizations are responding to recent trends. Your personal information will not be used without your permission.
