This exciting new project is a sympathetic revitalisation of an area of Sheffield Park and Garden in Sussex.

From Capability Brown to Arthur Soames, this Grade I Listed garden has a long history of horticultural innovation well ahead of its time. The National Trust is now making its own contribution to this with a sensitive and inclusive curation that will transform this area of the 120-acre garden into a remarkable planted oasis. Climate resilience and the restorative power of nature on our wellbeing are at the core of the design.

We are inviting you to be a part of this legacy by naming the new space at Sheffield Park and Garden.

You are welcome to submit as many names as you like. A panel will discuss the submissions and choose the name that will be on the map for generations to come.
Your privacy is important to us.  We will process your personal data to keep you informed of the successful name chosen for the new space at Sheffield Park and Garden.

If you choose to provide your name and email address, your information will be used to contact you if successful or to inform you of the successful name. This will be stored securely on our systems and only used for the new space at Sheffield Park and Garden. Your personal data will only be retained until the closing date of 30 November 2024. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on how we look after your personal information.
