This personal information is not shown anywhere on an individual basis, the total amount of additional money brought into the County through our information service will be collated and quoted in funding bids.

Charitable funding is difficult to obtain in this current financial climate so we hope that by showing the value of the DIAL service in monetary statistics and showing how peoples lives have improved financially will help secure future successful funding bids to continue the DIAL service.
