As part of the Department’s effort and dedication to continuous process improvement, a short survey has been developed to gather data regarding the reasons facilities closed during the recent year (March 2020 to present). The data collected will be useful with respect to making improvements, leveraging efficiencies, and identifying resources that may be of assistance to the community during this pandemic. The data will also assist with trending future capacity and resources to support potential growth. We plan to continue the use of this exit survey as a standard practice to better access and address the needs of our licensed child care providers.
