2020 JamFest Pop-Up Exhibition

Exhibit and sell your work at our 11th Annual JamFest and our 2nd annual Artist Pop-Up Exhibition! We are accepting artist submissions for our pop-up art exhibit which will be held outdoors in Maynard Alley on Thursday, July 16th, 2020 from 5-9PM. 
 
Artists are invited to submit up to five (5) photos for a maximum five (5) fully completed pieces of artwork. Please be sure to include hi-res (1080 x 1080 PNG or JPG) files. Again, up to five (5) files will be accepted. 

Artwork must be no larger than three feet by two feet (3'x2'), must be two-dimensional for a wall-display only, and must have family-friendly content suitable for all ages.

All are welcome to submit work and there are no age restrictions. Open Submissions begin Saturday, June 1st and ends Tuesday, June 30th at 5PM (Pacific Time). Artists are notified on July 1 whether their artwork has been selected for the pop-up exhibition. 
 
Selected Artists are required to be present from 4PM - 9:30PM on Thursday, July 16th, 2020 for set-up, duration, and break-down of the event. Artists will also be expected to manage their payment processing for selling artwork throughout the duration of the event.

* 7. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Artist agrees that, upon selection, they will be present on Thursday, July 16th, 2020 from 4PM - 9:30PM for set-up, duration, and break-down of event located in Maynard Alley in Seattle's Chinatown-International District. Artist has sole responsibility in selling of artwork, receiving cash or credit purchases, and handling customer inquiries regarding their art pieces. Wing Luke Museum agrees to provide venue and exhibition boards as well as assistance in set-up and break-down of area. NOTE: Artist may not claim to have exhibited at the Wing Luke Museum, but simply participated in JamFest 2020.
