Help us plan for the future!

This year of COVID-19 has been a tough year for everyone. Siamsa Tíre has been closed since March and we’re still uncertain of the future. For the first time in nearly half a century, we couldn’t present our summer folk theatre shows. This loss, of course, doesn’t compare to the incredible sacrifices made by front line workers and families across the country, but it’s been a shock.

In moments when we weren’t in survival mode, we spent time taking stock. Thinking about what’s really important. Why we do what we do. The values that we cherish. The impact that we want to have on the world around us. The future will remain uncertain unless we make it ourselves, so we’re making a plan for Siamsa Tíre’s future, and we’re hoping that you’ll help us by giving us your feedback.

In all of this uncertainty, we at least want to be certain of what our community values most about us and what we do. Your answers will give us the confidence that we need to make our case and make a new strategic plan for these coming uncertain years with our community at the heart of it.
