3. Choose and number the Breakout Sessions in order of preference from 1 through 4 (with 1 being your first choice). You can attend only 1, but for your convenience, other sessions will be available on podcast. If we have more registrants than a particular session can accommodate, you will be assigned your second choice, and so on.

BREAKOUT SESSION #1 - IMPORTANT CONTACTS - Groups and Associations, Artist's Reps, Competitions, Grants & Fundraising, Researching Companies.
BREAKOUT SESSION #2 - FREELANCING REALITIES - How to set up your freelance business, pricing and selling. Taxes, the street fair circuit, shows and gallery commissioins.
BREAKOUT SESSION #3 - GETTING MOTIVATED - Selling Yourself, Presenting a Professional Image, and Dealing with Rejection.
BREAKOUT SESSION #4 - WEB-BASED PORTFOLIOS - Basic Introduction to Getting a Website Started and Hosted.

4. Juniors/Seniors: Portfolio Review on Friday evening?

5. Seniors Only: Do you wish to be scheduled for a Practice Interview Session? Space is limited and will be open to the first 18 seniors who sign-up. You will be notified of your interview time prior to the event and in your registration packet.

6. I agree to pay either $20 before Feb. 15th, $25 until March 1st, or the late fee of $30 after March 1st in order to attend the 2010 Next Step Career Conference. I will print this page out and submit it to the Center for Career Serivces with my receipt of payment from the Student Accounts Cashier.
