The VHA's introductory mentoring program is open to people in team leader and program manager roles from across Victoria’s Local and Area Mental Health Services.

The program offers practical training and opportunities to practice mentoring skills, so you can then provide mentoring and coaching support to the staff in your service.

This program consists of:

  1. either eight half days (online delivery) or four full days (in-person delivery) learning sessions
  2. an online platform to access resources, and
  3. informal peer group sessions.

Learning sessions will be offered online or in-person. The in-person sessions offer the ability to network and will be located at the VHA office, Exhibition Street, Melbourne.

While we are almost fully subscribed for remaining cohorts, we are happy to continue to accept your expression of interest and you will be placed on a waiting list should places become available. Please complete the form below.
