Zoom SMS Text Feature

Hello! We are trying to establish the Zoom SMS text feature as an alternative and more casual form of communication within the Finance department. This will hopefully serve as a substitute to poking our heads in each other's offices for quick questions when working remote.  So, we would like to see who has access to the SMS feature and who doesn't in order to take our next steps with IT. 

When on the Zoom desktop application, you should be signed in with your bhfs email account. When signed in, please navigate to the Phone icon and it should reveal 4 tabs (History, Voicemail, Lines, SMS) as pictured below. If the 4th tab (SMS) is not showing up as pictured, please answer "no" down below. Feel free to leave any comments in the comment section as well.
