7.I agree to the following terms by submitting my application to be a finalist in the 'Murbah Rumble Royal -Pinup Pageant 2025'

1. I will not engage in any behaviour that makes other participants, attendees stakeholders and/or judges of the event feel threatened, uncomfortable or harassed in any way. (all reports of said behaviour will be investigated and if they are proven to be true, it will result in instant disqualification)


2. I will not base my pageant outfit on any attire that is offensive to other cultures, races, sexualities, genders or any minorities that places significance on specific clothing.

3. I agree to communicate in a timely manner my ability to participate in this pageant, in accordance to reasonable requests from the event organisers.

4. I agree that any images taken at this event can be used for promotion of any future events by the same organisers.

5. I agree that I will accept the results of the Pinup Pageant if I believe to to be fairly judged. If I do believe a protest is required, I will do so in a private and professional manner to the event host Lou Lou Fontana and a designated impartial party.
