Kangaroo Point is the most densely populated suburb in Queensland, with over 8,790 people per square kilometre. But government and council investment in public transport just isn’t keeping pace with what our growing community needs.

There’s currently no high frequency bus or CityCat stop in the area. The council has recently closed down the Mowbray Park Ferry Terminal for an upgrade without adding any additional buses or ferries. The council and state government is also currently refusing to bring back the high frequency 27 bus.

As your local representatives, we want to hear from you. What public transport do you want to see us advocating for in Kangaroo Point? What new public transport routes are the most important to you?
